Scientific Research

MBF supports scientific research and the exchange and distribution of scientific information that has direct relevance to conservation in the overwintering sites.

Because of our strong interest in capacity-building in Mexico, we anticipate that most of our research investment will be directed toward Mexican scientists and students engaged in this research. However, we also support relevant work by scientists from other countries, especially when their research engages Mexican collaborators and colleagues.
